C. Employee and Affiliate Exclusions

3. How to Enter and Obtain Sweeps Coins (SC)

Chumba Casino operates using a dual virtual currency system to comply with US Sweepstakes law. "Gold Coins" (GC) are used purely for recreational play and have absolutely no real-world value. "Sweeps Coins" (SC) represent promotional entries into our sweepstakes. Sweeps Coins can NEVER be purchased directly with real money. This is the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To ensure the integrity of the sweepstakes and prevent automated, mass-produced entries, Participants MUST strictly adhere to the following precise, step-by-step instructions. Failure to comply with any of these formatting, handwriting, or mailing requirements will result in the immediate disqualification and voiding of the request without notification.

AMOE Limitations and Processing

For each valid, correctly formatted, and verified AMOE request received and processed, the Sponsor will credit the Participant's account with Five (5.00) free Sweeps Coins. There is a strict limit of one (1) index card insert per outer envelope. Participants may mail as many envelopes as they wish, provided each contains a new, unique Postal Request Code. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or postage-due mail. Due to high volumes, please allow a reasonable processing period from the date of receipt for the Sweeps Coins to be credited to your account.

C. Maximum Redemption Limits and State-Specific Caps

• Tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Platform, or attempting to reverse-engineer the RNG algorithms.
• Utilizing bots, automated software, macros, or artificial intelligence to play games, collect bonuses, or submit entries.
• Creating multiple accounts or using aliases to bypass the single-account rule.

For US residents, the Sponsor is legally obligated to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any Participant who redeems prizes totaling Six Hundred United States Dollars ($600.00 USD) or more in a single calendar year. Participants will be required to provide their Social Security Number (SSN) via a secure W-9 form before such redemptions can be finalized.

10. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating in the Promotions, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor (VGW Games Limited), VGW Holdings Pty Ltd, VGW Malta Limited, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes, or your receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or AMOE requests; (ii) technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, or delayed electronic communications; (iii) any human error which may occur in the processing of entries or administration of the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweeps Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION: As fully detailed in our Terms of Service, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Sweeps Rules or the Promotions shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You explicitly agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, mass action, or representative proceeding against the Sponsor.

12. Winners List and Contact Information
